Tres Medallas Santa Rita 2021 is a salmon pink Chilean rosé wine. This is a very fresh wine with delicate notes of strawberry, raspberry and light citrus notes. It has a good balance between acidity and sweetness that result in a juicy and fresh wine and of long finish. There is a combination of grapes from different vineyards, some conducted on traditional low trellis, and others with modern systems such as Lira and Scott Henry. Depending on the system, different load levels and the level of solar exposure, the objective will always be to intensify the concentration in the fruit, maintain good acidity and respect the varietal character. Ideal to accompany meals such as seafood, lean fish, cheese, and/or spicy food, as well, is a good option as an apéritif.
