Hennessy VSOP is a balanced cognac that expresses 200 years of Hennessy experience. Fruit of nature uncertainties, this unique mix has domesticated the elements to create and embody the original cognac concept. On the nose it releases mature notes evoking the aroma of fresh fruit along with a sense of flexibility that is settled to emphasize the harmony of this cognac. In its tasting the body sensation deepens with the flavors of juicy fruits, vanilla, spices and soft tobacco provided by the vigor of younger spirits. The oak wood used for VOSP aging comes from the Limousin forest in France. First it should be dried outdoors for at least three years before becoming a barrel.
