Intense black fruit, with light floral and toasty notes. Great concentration, with pronounced cassis and raspberry flavors and a slight hint of chocolate and sweet spice, with a long finish, ripe, silky tannins, and complex notes of black sugar and vanilla, skillfully integrated. Great structure, firm tannins and incredible length will make this an unforgettable Malbec. Ideal with red meat dishes, preferably served between 61°F and 64°F. Fusion of a deep and concentrated plum flavor, characteristic of this emblematic variety of Argentina, with exquisite black fruit and blackberry flavors provided by a slight Syrah and Bonarda component. The grapes for its production come from the youngest vineyards of the Catena family, located in the best areas of the highlands of Mendoza.
